Exchanges and Returns:
Once items are purchased, returns are only permissible in cases of defective quality. Zarishay will facilitate a complete refund in the form of store credit for items returned due to quality issues. Items return opportunity is only available within 5 days of receipt, provided that the items remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, and is accompanied by their original packaging and invoices. For defective items, customers are required to send us complete detail about the defective items accompanied by photos of the defects to expedite the quality inspection and approval of their request. Customers are required to ship the product only after approval from Zarishay's customer service team.
For the orders within Pakistan, if items are inaccurately delivered in terms of sizes, customers have the right to request an exchange. However, items purchased must remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, and are accompanied by their original packaging and invoices. Items on sale are ineligible for exchanges or refunds unless deemed defective, in which case store credit will be provided.
All exchanges are limited to the same product, and for orders within Pakistan only, returns or exchanges should be shipped to the address furnished by Zarishay, with the associated expenses borne by the customer.
International Orders
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for internationally shipped orders. Nevertheless, in cases of defective items, international customers may opt for an exchange or store credit, applicable for future purchases at Zarishay. There is no obligation for international customers to return the product to Zarishay while processing a return or exchange.
Order Cancellations:
Customers have the option to cancel order at any time before our team ships or confirms it. Zarishay retains the right to cancel orders due to reasons like stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or declined payments by your authorized financial institution.
